PixCap is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Information provided by you on this website will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

PixCap may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. We will notify you in the event that we make changes to the policy. For the purposes of PDPA (Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act) legislation, PixCap is the controller of your personal information provided to our website.

  • Information you provide via filling in forms on our website, including information provided when registering, posting content (including our forums) or subscribing to services such as newsletters.

  • Survey responses, for research and product improvements

PixCap is headquartered in Singapore and has employees and providers who operate around the globe. As a global business therefore, PixCap processes, hosts and transfers personal information in different countries, including in Singapore. PixCap fully assesses the circumstances involving all cross-border data transfers and has appropriate safeguards to ensure your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this Policy. Our website may contain links to other websites of interest and third party plug-ins (such as social media sharing buttons). However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement.

Controlling your personal information

Except for the sharing activities specifically described above, we will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
